I loved everything at Residence Elema. We spend 9 nights, at the end of December. The positiong is wonderful: excellent public transportation links to the rest of Prague. You can walk until the Old Town, but we prefered not, because it was winter time:) Many, many shops and restaurants just withing walking distance from the hotel.
